Coming from over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I like to offer restaurant recipes revisited in a healthy way. In 2018, two fitness coaches I know asked me to support their clients: crossfit athletes and professional fighters. I started working with the support of a dietitian to make sure that our meals were not only tasty, but also nutritious and targeted to the specific needs of each of our customers. We have partnered up with local farmers to make sure we always use the best and freshest ingredients. No additives, no GMO, no artificial ingredients, offering high-protein meals, gluten-free meals, as well as low-carb options.We offer a wide variety of choices, with options for vegan, vegetarian and other diet restrictions. You will get a different menu every week, or you can choose one of our package, or even build your own meal plan with our single meal option. Our meals are dietitian-approved and some of our clients have been followed by our consulting Sports dietitian to archive their goal. Based on location, meals can be delivered on different days of the week. Once you receive your box, the meals go straight into the fridge and are ready to be reheated at your convenience. Meals have a stable shelf life of up to 7 days refrigerated or you can store them in the freezer for up to 1 month. You can also set up a Subscription, and have it automatically delivered to you every week. You can pause or cancel at any time.
