All our meals are prepared in bulk. Inadvertent cross-contamination may still happen, so we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens not listed in the ingredients.

All our meals are prepared fresh, made to order and delivered straight away. When you receive your meals, keep them in the fridge and they will last fresh for up to 10 days (as per used by
date on the sticker).
Alternatively you can also freeze the meals and they will last for up to 1 month.

If you are not able to accept the delivery, the box will be placed at your doorstep at your own risk, and a SMS will be sent to the client showing the location of the goods. No refund will apply for missing or stolen items after delivery.
Yes the meats purchased for our meals are from a halal certified supplier.
You will receive an SMS before your meal will arrive with an ETA and a link to track your delivery + an SMS upon delivery.
